What you don't get from the picture is....he woke up at 4:45 this morning! Wide awake. Guess who has also been up since then!?! Thank goodness for pictures like this. I am sure that in 5, 10, 15, 20, 25,... years I will look back on this picture and weep for my little baby. I have to savor the moments today.

That's WHY babies sleep. THEY don't really need to sleep...WE need them to sleep.
