Monday was a beach day. The older two kids and CK went and set up the canopy and took over some chairs. Then they came back and got the four littler kids and me. We walked over to the beach. It was gorgeous. The forecast said it was going to rain, but we decided to risk it. There was a cool breeze and the clouds would roll in and then roll out, there was no rain.
We went over in the morning and spent all morning there until about 1 p.m.. Then we walked back to the house for lunch and quiet time / nap time. After that, we ate dinner and had family home evening, then we headed back to the beach for the evening. The evenings at the beach were my favorite. The Sunsets were gorgeous, the weather was perfect, and the beach was not too crowded.
